Re: Upper-right UI distorted/broken after patch 1.115 (May 27)

Yesterday, I was working on a log cabin I had downloaded. There were no problems at all. Today, I go into the same location and realize when I start to build, that the menu is all messed up. I went into another location, same thing. The menu is still messed up when I go into the World Map. 

And yes, I cleared all the cache and local files in TS4 folder. I also did the App Recovery in EA since trying to do anything w Origin on my PC is a laugh. What am I missing? 

I hope someone can help me. 

UPDATE: It was, in fact, the Better BuildBuy & TOOL Mod. Just updated one and took out the other and everything was back to normal. Thanks for the input.
