Maybe do you know about this moodlet?

I started getting this sad moodlet since installing the mod.

I have no idea why my sim is getting this sad moodlet. is there a way to get rid of this? My sims are getting this moodlet very often. 5 to 6 times a day?

It's not really a sad moodlet, it's just that they're using up their inspiration. This is customizable and you can turn it off. It's under Emotional Inertia. https://roburky.itch.io/sims4-meaningful-stories/devlog/63820/emotional-inertia-features
