i cheated to make him learn spells and i cant summon the ghost through mc command center

@913735837 Could you please test without mods except MC Command Center in case one is interfering? Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Copy (not drag) the Mods folder to the desktop, delete everything in except the MCCC files, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
