Reinstalling Sims 4 because of some file problems

I want to reinstall the Sims 4 because of some problems I have been facing. I asked a programmer I know if he could help me understand what those files meant and he couldn't, so i'm asking you guys.

PROBLEMS I'VE HAD:

-When I click the phone, it doesn't open, so I can't travel, hire services or basically anything that the phone feature offers. 

-Lastexception files generate on Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. i think this is related to the phone problem.

-Wonderful Whims mod generates WonderfulWhims_v52_Exception files on Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 - this problem started happening after I changed the Grim Reaper's feeling to Flirty, then tried to use a command to make the love level higher between my sim and the reaper (modifyrelationship (Sim1Name) (Sim2Name) 100 LTR_Romance_Main ) which didn't work and then added the grim reaper to my household. Note that all these commands do not involve Wondeful Whims.

I have a lot of Mods - Wonderful Whims, SAC's Extreme Violence mod, Lumpinou's LGBTQIA mod, Lumpinou's First Impressions mod, Lumpinou's moodpack mod, SAC's Life Tragedies mod, Zombie Apocalypse mod, ThePancake1's Cute Romance mod, SimRealist's SimNationalBank mod, Tuna's Astronomy Club mod (although I don't use this mod at all) and i think that's all.

I also have a huge amount of CC.

So, my question is: Is there any way to fix this or do I have to reinstall the sims? If I reinstall the sims, will I lose all my progress and/or my expansion packs? Why are all these problems happening? Is it because of a mod or because I did something I shouldnt have done?

I DON'T have any problems with reinstalling all my mods/CC again if I reinstall the sims, but im scared of the posibility of this problem coming from a mod and that I will mess everything up again.

Im going to attach the first LastException file I had, the last one, and the WonderfulWhims exception file.

UPDATE: For some reason I can't attach the last exception files. sorry. A message pops up saying " Correct the highlighted errors and try again. The attachment's lastexception_63850451096.txt content type (text/plain) does not match its file extension and has been removed."
