@zzombiebitee In the Load menu, does it say anything about pack installation for that save? Because this message has multiple possible causes, including problems with the EA Mod not seeing all your packs. (There are fixes for this.)
If you're sure it's CC that the game isn't seeing, you can check this in Build/Buy mode by looking for items you know should be there. One common cause of the game not seeing CC right, especially when you've been doing things with folders, is that OneDrive moves stuff around.
