Repo not in process...

So, my sim has graduated from uni and has been paying back her loans each day and yesterday the repo person came (even though she had in fact paid some of her loan off that day) and took the shower and then left. A couple sim hours later my sim went to work and then came home with a promotion so naturally I went to save my game only to notice there was apparently a repossession in process but there is no sign of the repo person and it's been like that for a whole sim day now... I can't travel, go to build/buy, manage worlds, go to gallery or save my game... 

I really don't want to lose my progress but I also don't have quite enough to pay off the full loan yet... 

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

    this thread is probs old, but I thought maybe i could post my solution on here, who knows someone might fine it useful.

    The repo man was at my door, and then are used MCC to send him away. Then my game was stuck in repo processing state.

    so without having to quit my game without saving. I just sent my ex student off somewhere to a rabbit hole and the game returns to normal.

    Update: I sold a bunch of flowers/other stuff from my sim's inventory and managed to pay off the loan but still can't save or leave my lot or enter build/buy mode...

    @finelinetracksix Sounds like the Repro man is stuck on the lot.

    You can try if resetsim * does anything (I don't even know if that works in Sims 4) or if you can find out what the repro man's name is, you can try resetsims <firstname> <Lastname>

    Other than that, I've only seen solutions like getting a pregnant Sim to a hospital (you'll need GTW for that) resolving situations like that.

    I'm afraid you will need to quit without saving.

    @Simmyideadump thank you for this, I had this issue pop up today, I sent my sims volunteering and it fixed the issue!

    try rightclicking + ctrl + shift on the mail box and find the option " bills due (debug object) " 

    It worked for me
