Request for info on new resource type: LRLE 0x2BC04EDF

Adding my support to this thread as well. WickedWhims makes my game sooo much more entertaining and it's a shame that I have to turn on such high quality graphics to use it. My game will not run with these settings -- it won't even boot up! Makes me not want to play the game much anymore, unfortunately.
