Requesting an active career mod or tutorial: Im not giving up

So after multiple attempts into trying to make an active therapist career I have failed.

I just want my sims to work as a therapist. I wont go into detail as to why I want this mod, but I am totally willing to pay the price for all the hard work. So Im just wondering if any modder is willing to accept?
