@christopld56 You can fully rule out mods causing it if you do this test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache, and try again. If the issue is gone, check for mods updated for 1.103 in the previous Broken/Updated Mods list as well as the current pinned list.

Hi thank you. I did what you said with mods and the issue still remained.
Ive also noticed the lot seems to switch to generic randomly.
The Sims living here aren’t the owners of the rental property they just own an apartment. it’s very strange. there should be no reason for a business funds to be there. also you can see the simoloens underneath it.
I look at the bug thing but none seemed like my issue unless i missed it
