Same for me.
I wanted to set a lot that I built a while back as a rental unit lot, cause it's an apartment building. No dice. The Residential Rental isn't even in the list.
I was in Newcrest, I have also tried in Willow Creek, no dice.
The YouTube videos I have watched of the creators with early access showed that they could use that type of lot ANYWHERE, so I am a little confused and annoyed.
I think it must be a launch bug? Hopefully they fix it soon because this is basically unplayable for me right now with what I was planning on doing 😭😭
