Restaurant UI issues after businesses and hobbies pack

so my sim just bought her own restaurant. I don’t have the newest pack yet in my game. I already had problems with buying the restaurant because the panel where you can buy retail and etc. was broken...

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test:  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
