Restaurant visitors keep fighting

Hi,

So I got my Sim a restaurant and the first few days, everything went perfectly fine. But now, every time the restaurant opens, customers just start fighting with each other and/or my staff. Just fighting all the time, which stops people from eating or ordering food and makes running a restaurant super frustrating and tedious.

I feel like I've tried the whole shebang: making a back-up file of my mods and emptying my mod folder (didn't work), deleting the localthumbcache package (didn't work), repairing my game in Origin (didn't work). I've made sure that the Roughhousing Encouraged action plan wasn't active. So I just don't know what else I can do to stop my patrons from fighting each other. Help?

    @jpkarlsen I already said that I don't have this one enacted. I actually made sure to get 4 nice NAPs enacted to make sure it doesn't pop up later on

    @margaerytas Yes, this is very frustrating. I did a test on a store my Sims already owned, and I had disabled both options for EL in my options on all game saves, and even if I happened to miss that one, I hadn't played it long enough for any 'enabling/voting' to have kicked in. In the single day I had the store open I had three brawls break out inside the store, and one involved my Sim-self that I have never seen fight anyone. She has no traits or tendencies in this direction. Crazy. 😕

    @jpkarlsen Also aware 🙂 I read somewhere that Sims may act on NAPs set in other neighborhoods & I found a mod that helped fix it. No more fighting in my restaurant

    what is the mod dude? can you tell me please. It's really annoyed me. I can't even get a single cent with those stupid Sims fight among themselves.
