restaurants

I've noticed that after I installed Rent for Sims 4, my restaurants stopped working. That includes base games restaurants and ones I downloaded from the gallery. I don't have any mods. I haven't changed or removed any necessary items at the restaurants through Buy or Build Mode. None of the restaurants are owned by any Sims as their business from Dine Out. I'm running it on Windows 10. I have all expansion packs and kits.

Issues: Some restaurants don't have cooks. When my Sims go to eat at restaurants, they wait hours before someone comes and takes their order or they wait hours for their food to arrive. The other Sims that are in the background in NPC mode also seem to not have their food brought to them. 

I haven't had a chance to do any deep testing yet. Just wondering if anyone else is having the issue and if they manged to fix it. Also wondering if this is the right place to report it, so EA Games can fix the issue via patches.
