Retired Sim Required to Go to Work

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an elderly Sim retire
What happens when the bug occurs? I had a sim retire as a Celebrity Chef; and her occupation tab shows she has no job. However she gets a notification appears that work will start in one hour. After an hour she gets a phone call from her boss that she is missing work and could face consequences. She doesn't get her pension either.
What do you expect to see? No notifications about going to work/mission work, but instead a pension payment.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I had a sim retire from her career as a celebrity chef. Instead of receiving her pension, she gets the notification that work will start, and her boss calls her when she misses work. Her career tab even shows that she has no job.
