Rewardstore points taken but we didn't get the product.

Question

It's quite annoying when you spend a long time collecting rewardpointd from forfilling there wishes. But the thing you buy of the rewardstore doesn't show in your inventory .... we ended up shutting the game without saving and trying again as 10.000 points are quite a bit to lose with no result. Is there any way to fix this?&nbsp;

The never weary and the youth potion&nbsp;

@nina150289  Never weary is a trait so that doesn't show in your inventory. Was it added to your traits list ? The potion on the other hand should be in the inventory. Did you not get that either ?
