ROM UI glitch?

Before I open a thread in the bug section, I wanted to know if you also have this UI glitch in the spell casters menu. At the top as I see it (I marked with 2 red arrows the strange line) at the bottom as it should be? Do you also see it that way or is it just my problem?
I premise that I have already cleared the cache and repaired in Origin.
