the same thing is happening to me.
No mods and no romance bar. All the romance interactions are there but I have no pink bar to indicate how deep their feelings are. No matter what I try nothing works.
I've repaired the game and nothing changes.
@tiffsedge76 Do you have it with all your Sims ?
