@playeranubis7 Hello, I hope I can help you somewhat resolve your issue!
I would try repairing your game first. Go to The Sims 4 in the EA app and next to the play button should be a button called "Manage". Click on it and then on repair game. WARNING: It'll restart your EA app.
However, it may also be a problem with EA. You could try :
1. Clearing cache. Go to the three lines in the top left corner of the EA app, click "Help" and then "Clear Cache". WARNING : It'll restart your EA app.
2. Restarting app. Completely close your app down and then log in again. Simple but can sometimes be all that needs to be done.
3. See if your PC needs any updates. If it does, please make sure you update it fully.
