Routing error when fishing in ponds

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a pond. Put some decorations in it (just the water ones) and around it leaving plenty of space for your sim to have free areas in wich to stand and fish. Sim will get a routing error and won't be able to fish. Even if you checked before putting the decorations where your sim likes to stand and avoid putting decorations there.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim can't fish in the pond on my lot even though there's lots of free space around it. Before putting decorations it works fine. At first my sim wanted to fish squeezed in the corner near my animal shed where I wanted plants. So I built an entierly new pond. Checked where my sim started fishing. Which was the oppisite side of the pond from the shed. Put in decorations near the shed and sim can't fish. Routing error. Even though standing next to where she fished before and there being no decorations near there. In other saves/lots I've covered almost the entire pond and the area around with decorations and my sim has still been able to fish in it.
What do you expect to see? That my sim goes to a spot near the pond that's clear of obstacles and fish there, Just being smart that is. Otherwise not getting a routing error when obstacles arent anywhere near the sims fishing spot. Especially when this hasn't been an issue before when I've had more obstacle. Basically if the left side of the pond is covered in decorations I expect my sim to go to the clear right side to fish. Or if I checked that my sim fishes on the north side of the pond. I want to be able to put my stones and bushes on the south side and still have my sim fish from the north side.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
