Hi, I have the same problem. The game says I own it. but when I click on the world it says whoops there was a problem. Check back later. I have removed all mods, Repaired, even uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still the same. I am playing on a PC

Anyway, I have this exact same issue. I purchased the expansion via this new EA app. First time buying with the new app because I don't trust it. Go to load the game and the new world is there but it is showing locked. Did a repair on the game and it's still showing locked. Very Very frustrated with EA!
Have this installed on a laptop and PC and San Sequoia doesn't show up on either. No mods. Ran a repair on the PC and no effect.
Tons of other purchased content installed.

Sorry just now able to respond, very long maintenance weekend at work. Anyway, checked my checking account and EA has their funds. You know how I do for updates, mods removed and backed up the usual. So the world is still the same but this time I have two new pop-ups and I'm even more pissed off!!!
I checked for new content and it's saying I don't have it.
But these are the two new pop-ups.
WTH have they removed?
You know as well as others I own everything for Sims 2, 3, and 4. All EPs, SPs, GPs, Kits, complete Store Owner, every sticker, every item... EVERYTHING!
Still trying to fix Sims 2 in the stupid EA App. And I don't even want to talk about Sims 3. As many worlds as I've gifted away, this EA App says I don't own any worlds. SMH!
@blunote00 Do you still have the CAS demo installed ? If so, remove it from your system and then try redownloading the pack again.
@LastOfTheFirst What about the rest of the content ?
I am having the same problems. I don't use Mods .
