Save File corrupted?

Hello, I've been having an issue with teens on one of my save files for a long time. I have one save file that has my legacies and none of my sims can interact with teens no matter the age. However, when I opened a new save, teens could be interacted with. I've repaired my game on the  EA app many times. I have mods and tested which mods don't work and that isn't the issue. My second save file can use the mods perfectly fine.

How do I fix my main save file? I also can't save my households onto the gallery from that save anymore to put in new save. Thank you
