Saves after 4/18 update

no I haven't and I have a back up on my old computer before I bought this current one however its been a few months now and of course I haven't done any recent back ups on this one so looks like I'm out of luck unfortunately. the reason I was trying to get a back up is because all of my sims are naked/without cc skin/bald even with my mods/cc placed back in and I don’t know how to fix it. I had a cc/mod breaking my game after the update, was able to locate it and place everything else back in however everyone is without cc.

Is the CC showing in CAS?
Did you save after loading your game and seeing they were all CC free?

yes this is correct, I just assumed that from what I read thus far in other forms online that my saves were the only way to solve this issue. but yes, when I go to create a new household and insert from the gallery, everything is fine/all cc appear! but the sims already place in my game are still without cc. I'm assuming I saved accidentally during the chaos of me trying to figure out how to fix my game (turned out to be broken cc which was removed)
