Saves and mods missing from game
So I was messing around trying to find broken CC since it had been a long time since I've played. I must of deleted a file that made it so the Sims started the game as if I was a new player and it loads up looking a little over pixelated. None of my saves or mods are loading up but I can find them in the files on my desktop.
I have my original file with my saves and mods on my desktop but still not loading. I was working fine before I started messing around with files. I can still find my sims in the gallery but wont load. Please help D;
It seems like its running the file from a different location when ever I load it up. I'm not computer savvy and I think I found the original file but now I'm not sure. How do I link the game back to my original folder?
@ecsoihun3lb7 Find the full file path to the Sims 4 user folder, as described in this article:

Then move your saves and other user files from the folder on your desktop to the folder the game is reading.
