Saving Room Causes Game Crashes

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure you can. Try to save a room to the Gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? Trying to save a room--any room--to my Gallery causes the game to close.
What do you expect to see? The room to be saved to the Gallery without crashing my game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Currently playing offline, as I'm not ready to update. Remodeled 1020 Alto Apartments. Entire build is without mods, save for TOOL. I tried to save a room, selected it, hit save, and the game crashed. I assumed it was something to do with the room--I'd gotten a slot error last exception earlier that session--so I tried a different room. Room took ages to load, though there was basically nothing in it. When it finally loaded, same thing. Crashed. Cleared cache, repaired the game. Moved to a different apartment. Same thing. Moved to a different save, tried to save a room in a house in another world entirely. Crashed. Removed TOOL mod from my folder, cleared cache. Tried again, different room. Crashed. Removed the whole mod folder. Tried again. Crashed. This is a new issue, and I've never noticed it before. No idea how to proceed. This page won't let me attach a crash log but I have 8.
