Saving while child sim is bathing cause sim to stay nude.
If a child sim is in the bath and you save the game. After the child exits the bath they will go completely nude every time you save. You can put them into an outfit, but they will return to the nude...
As I have continued to troubleshoot, I have discovered a mod that is causing the issue. It is not the fault of the game and I have removed the mod. Consider this case closed.
