Scenarios are messed up after update

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Starting a scenario from main menu
What happens when the bug occurs? When starting a scenario, there is no option to choose the save file. You can either create a new one or start on your most recent game. This requires you to load the game, play in the save you want the scenario in, then exit to main menu to start the scenario. There is also no writing in the scenario information tab in the new scenario I've started.
What do you expect to see? An option to choose the save for your scenario.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
