Scenarios
When I try to use scenarios it won't let me go past create a sim. Thee requirements tab doesn't open and the checkmark doesn't even let me click it. I've tried to update and repair the game multiple times and I updated my mods.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
