Scoring Simoleons Discovery Quest won't Complete

When I do the Scoring Simoleons Discovery Quest, it won't complete. My sims both have a career already and its stuck on "get a career." I don't want to make them get a new career because they are bot...

    I got it to complete. All I had to do was go into the phone and click on "find a job," then it will complete. You can back out of the "find a job" menu and keep your job.

I'd suggest using the money cheat to simulate for now, and adding a bug report in AHQ Bugs . You can add the info that you had mods during the process and that removing mods didn't allow it to complete.
