    @Idiosyncratic53 This is usually UI cheats mod or tool (or other mods from TwistedMexi)

    Make sure to also delete the localthumbcache file.

I have the same problem, yet I don't have UI cheats or TwistedMexi's mods. I have no idea what to do!
