Script mods showing as CC on loading page

My script mods aren't working, but they are instead showing up under the list of CC on start-up, rather than under Script Mods.

Things I have tried:

- Correctly extracting and installing all mods (I've checked all the individual instructions several times)

- Deleting and re-downloading them

- Deleting mods folder and starting game, then pasting mods back into newly generated mods folder

- Checking there is no OneDrive mods folder

- Starting a new save

- Checking my game settings are correct.

These are the only bits of advice I can find online already, but I am hoping someone will have something new to try!
