Seasons
I have found a Seasons hat that causes any cheek scar to disappear. I have tried all hats, except locked ones, and this seems to be the only hat that this issue happens on.

@simmerleona Have you tried testing it without any mods in your game? Do you have any CC on that Sim? Sometimes CC can have unintended effects on things.
