selvadora not working?

i got the jungle adventure pack for free because i downloaded epic games store, but no matter what I do, i cant get any of the packs that came with it to work. whenever i try to travel to the jungle adventure place (through the take vacation option in the phone)  it just shows an error message. this may be related, but when we got infants, i could make them in CAS, but when i exited it, it was like they diddnt exist. when i went back into CAS, the infant was back. please hellp with this ASAP. i have an old computer and i am about to try to update and do some troubleshooting, ill update the post soon.

edit: i fixed the first issue by downloading the packs on origin as well as epic games. still waiting on the second though. it gives an error: "the game failed to load, restart the game" or something like that. infants don't work, but todlers do. help?
