selvadorada (world) does not show up

I recently bought the sims 4 Jungle adventure pack, but now that its installed the world Selvadorada does not show up. I have tried repairing the game but it hasnt worked ☹️ when choosing where to travel or where to live the world just doesnt show up at all, not even in the row of worlds i have yet to buy.

can someone help? maybe teach me how to reinstall the pack?

    @LSteensma It's a vacation world only so it should only show up when travelling.

    Are you using any mods/cc ? Do you have the rest of the content ?

    @LSteensma Is this the first vacation world pack you've bought? If so, when you're in manage worlds, do you still see the option in the top left corner to switch view from residential worlds to vacation worlds? Does that show up the way it should?

    Oh i feel so stupid! i hadnt realised it was only available as a vacation destination.. its a first for me.Cant wait to test it 🙂

    @LSteensma Ah, by travel you didn't mean travel to a vacation world but just travel to another world ?
