Could you please give us a few more details what happens in your game? I know lastException error messages with that content, but there are some varieties, so it would be good to know if there is more than only these words.
It might look like this:
Error message: Failed to initialize situation: <class 'sims4.tuning.instances.butler_situation'> (ValueError: Invalid household for situation: butler_situation(349611596357150548)), CategoryID: service_npc_butler_situation:213
In that case the error is ignorable. But as I said, for a final verdict it would be good to have more information.
