Sexual Orientation Menu Missing

I have no sexual orientation menu in CAS, which leads me to believe the game somehow defaulted to every teen sim to being aro/ace-- My teen sims have no romance actions available in their social wheel. 

Before you ask, yes, I've double/triple checked the sims are not related and that both sims are teens.

It's a new save and they're freshly made sims from different households. 

I've even tested with this bug with the premade townies (bar the aromantic Savannah Price).

No teen can do any romantic action.

YA/Adults/Elders seem to be fine. It is literally only the teens.

I had mods when I discovered the bug, then took the mods out and repaired all the game files. To my knowledge, that should have fixed it, but no.

Is anyone else having the issue of no sexual orientation menu?

    @faeeeeee I had this problem but it was fixed when I removed the Intersex Tuner from (that allows sims to become pregnant and get others pregnant simultaneously). Do you use this and if you delete it does it fix the problem?

    I had had it, figured it would cause the problem, and removed it-- but the problem's still there.

    I've repaired the game files after taking all my mods out-- so my vanilla game is fine.

    when I add script mods to the vanilla, everything's fine.

    but some sort of cas cc is still breaking it...
