Sexuality dropdown menu missing

Hellooo, so I've been having this problem for a while but decided to stop digging my feet into the dirt and come ask for help... I haven't been able to change my sims' sexuality in the menu on CAS. L...

    @FruitSplunch 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

OMG THANK YOU IT WORKED!!! It was some oddly named files like 1x5 and 1x2 and weird stuff. Thank you so much
