Shader won't work

The Shader I use is Gshade. It worked before, but when I took a month break it won't work.
I deleted it and downloaded Reshade, it didn't work too.
I followed all the steps how to troubleshoot it, but still nothing. The bar at the top also doesn't also show when I start the game (this happens with both said shaders)
Please help me.
