Sim Automatically Cheats During University Exams (Bug)

I'm playing The Sims 4 University pack or at least I'm trying to, but I can't really play because my Sim constantly cheats during exams. Even though they focus on their classes, do their homework, and study, they always end up cheating during every exam without me doing anything. After only three days at university, they get suspended for cheating, and the same thing keeps happening in a loop. I’ve created a new Sim three times, but the problem still happens. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but that didn’t fix it. I removed all the mods I had installed in case one of them was causing the issue, but nothing changed. My Sim still automatically cheats during exams all the time. 

This is my second time writing about this issue. I haven’t been able to play the game since the day I purchased the package. I didn’t receive any response to my first message I hope you will reply this time.

    I had installed CC, but when this issue occurred, I removed my CC packages and entered the game again, but nothing changed.

    Actually, I haven’t been able to play Sims 4 for a long time, so I didn’t know if my game was fixed. I’m not sure what I did, but I might have managed to solve it somehow. My Sim only cheated once while I was playing, and I think I got rid of the bug (hopefully). I really hope I won’t run into this kind of issue again.. :) Thanks for your help, too.
