Sim can't ask celebrity sims for autographs

My Sim isn't able to ask celebrity sims for their autographs anymore. I have 5 autographs from different celebrities, but I can't ask anymore celebrities for their autographs no matter how many stars they have. Did anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a way to fix it?
