Sim Can't enter apartment

Hi there @claranala,

Are you using mods/CC in your game? 

If so, try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Have you checked that the door is unlocked? Maybe try going into build mode and moving the mail box, then test out in live mode.
