    @crinrict unfortunately I haven't found anyone that has the same issues as me, but I did figure out what's wrong! Only Young Adult and older Sims can make a speech, not Teens! I have a mod installed so that Teens can work, so the game just isn't registering that aspect.

@its_bee_bee02 Did you find anyone that has the same issue when talking to others ? I can't duplicate this issue.

Did you delete the localthumbcache file or try with a different Sim/different save ?
