sim changing out of cas

Ok so i have a child sim when out of cas looks WAY different. her hair changes color, skin is pitch black, looks like something straight out of sims hell it happened really suddenly out of the blue. when i go to fix in cas she looks normal, i'll include screenshots of what i mean.

@Rain_has_fallen Looks like broken CC, probably a skin. Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
