Sim dissappeared after canceling moving

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Parenthood and Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim "split from household and move" and then cancel moving.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim disappeared after I canceled her moving to cheat her funds.
What do you expect to see? My sim should appear back in the household where she was when I told her to split and move, not disappear completely.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My teen sim just aged up too a young adult, and too make more space I placed a house for her and had her "split from household and move". I realized she didn't have enough money, so I canceled moving with with the intention of either cheating her money or giving her some from my current household. When the game loaded, she was completely gone. Not in the household, and I had no option to speak with her from any of my other sims phones, even though all of them were related to her (her mothers and her siblings) and had always lived with her.
