Same problem. I can't find a solution to it anywhere. Even on another save and without mods this bug continues, and only with male sim it seems.

luthienrising The problem is not solved. I tried renaming the folder in The Sims 4 and it did not fix it either. During this bug, the sim gets a notification for a few seconds about the new baby trait "frequently hiccups", and after a few seconds it gets back to its normal pose. This happens very often

vinayota Please try this exact sequence:
- Rename the user folder
- Run a Game Repair
- Don't put anything back till after testing
- Launch in a new save only, not an old one.
