Sim employees and chatting

Does anyone know of a mod that would be available through Curseforge that would prevent my sims from socializing with their butler or ranch hands? It is a real pain and I need to make this behavior stop. I've searched Curseforge and haven't found anything but people name their mods in odd ways sometimes so I may not have hit on the right term when searching. I'd appreciate any tips, thanks!
