@joanofnarc Hello! You might want to try playing the game without mods/CC. Exit the game, move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.
If that doesn't help, perhaps it is related to your graphics. What are your game's graphics settings? Perhaps you could look for an update to your graphics card?
Hi there! Thanks so much for your help on this - sorry I'm so slow to reply.
After seeing you suggest removing mods/CC, I took a lazy approach which was changing the outfits of the affected Sims - I noticed the flashing stopped immediately, so it was definitely broken CC.
Once I'd swapped all the outfits over, it's stopped the issue, without having to go through all my mods & CC!
