Sim is unable to sleep

Hi,

My game started acting buggy with this latest update. The update was either on 7/9, 7/10, 7/11. I use Mac and Origin.

I had a house I couldn't enter. I had a Sim who would go to sleep. His sleep was in the red. There were no noisy neighbors. When I tried to lay him down the bar would go really fast and he would get back up unrested. I never had a bug before this latest update.
