Sim keeps trying to use a laptop that doesnt exists.

When my sim is at a library, it keeps running to sit down to use a laptop that appears from thin air and and starts to use it. I can click on the laptop. But when the sim puts it away, there is no la...

@CGrant56 First time it happened was a few months ago. It happened in one of the base game worlds and at that time I didnt own SV.
I rarely take my sims to the library, so Im not sure if it would have happened other times too. I will test and see if the same thing happens at other libraries next time I play. If nothing happens, it is SV like you said. Though it still wouldnt explain why it happened the first time. That time I did a rags to riches challenge.

If you saw it without having SV installed, then what may have happened is that laptops were added to the base game in a patch before SV was released.  I do remember that prior to SV, there were no laptops in the game.  As I got SV when it came out, I'm not sure if that happened or not.  What I see when they show up at the library in SV is they are the ones that came with that pack.  But DU did add more laptops to the game but those are different and I can't ever remember seeing one of those at the library in SV.
