Sim Scout cannot earn points toward Good Deeds badge.

    @Wndblwz Maybe it's some trait on the other Sim that prevented it from completing.

    @crinrict, I created a new child (previous Sim Scout was a teen) and was able to successfully achieve the Good Deeds badge. I went back to the previous Sim Scout, aged her down to child and was able to achieve the badge. So there seems to be a glitch with a teen Sim Scout's badge progression.
