@bovicz I have never see this. I'm wondering if you have Mods &/or Custom Content in your game? If so, you may want to test with them (and the cache file) removed as follows:

Try moving the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
@bovicz I apologize... I may partially have misunderstood your original question. Can I please clarify a few things?
- So are these are Sims that you have occasionally run across in your game, not Sims you are playing?
- Are the Sims with snow on them ever moving or are they stationary (like a mannequin)?
- Have you seen them only in Mt. Komorebi or also in other worlds?
- If they are frozen in place, are other Sims frozen in place at the same time?
- When you find them, if you leave the lot and go to 'world-view', then return to the lot are they still there and are they still frozen in place?
- Are these Sims on Maxis-made lots (ones that came with the game), lots you made, or lots you downloaded from the gallery?
- Can you find one on a lot currently, and can you share that lot to the gallery so I could see if it also occurs when I add it to my game?SpoilerYou could name it something like "frozen mannequin". - Did you ever have Mods or CC in the past in your game?
A few things you could try:
- Make sure your game is fully updated:SpoilerHow to update your game:
• open Origin
• click ‘Game Library’
• right-click Sims 4 > Update Game - Run a game repair:SpoilerHow to run a game repair:
• Open Origin, click ‘Game Library’ then right-click Sims 4 > Repair Game
• Let it run until it has completed all repairs. It will do the base game first, then run through each of your DLCs (Expansion Packs, Game Packs, Stuff Packs and Kits). - Delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4].
